We entered Banyuls from the Other Side of the Bay, tired and hot and grumpy. It was a long walk to the hotel with 120 steps up at the end. But this is the view from our balcony. And the air-conditioning works great. Not bad, eh!

Lovely photos, and Kate looks so slim!
They should have a rule that the hotel you are walking to is on the end of town you enter from the walk. No walking through town after a day's walking thru the countryside!
Or maybe, there can be a traveller's rule, that you catch a taxi the minute to get to the town line, so you skip that horrible part of the walk.
Still, an excellent view from the hotel window!
