We did a lot of baking last week when Daughter of ... and Miss T were here. Miss T. was a big help. One of the recipes Daughter of shared with me was for biscotti. Today, I made biscotti again because Cranky likes to pack a snack for work.

I love biscotti; they are not hard to make; they are much better made at home than purchased (for $$). Yet, I only make them at Christmas, and then, not every Christmas. Will have to change that when I have a kitchen again.
Yes, Vivi, now would not be your best time to make them.
