I made a special Valentine's Day dessert today - Coeur a la Creme. You make a lovely cream cheese and yogurt and lemon peel and sugary goop and pour it into cheese cloth in a heart shaped mold with holes in the bottom. Leave it overnight to drain, so it's firm. Then serve with raspberry coulis.Yum!
