For Valentine's Day the COG got me a Kindle. So the snow outside doesn't bother me at all because my new Kindle just arrived. I've already got 3 books on it and I'm half done with one of them.
Now I can travel with 1,200 of my favorite books close to me at all times. No, actually, what I plan on using it for is mass market paperbacks - mysteries, mostly, and some sci fi. They do have my favorite authors for these, and it will be wonderful to not have these books to dispose of. Plus, my book club titles are available and it will be perfect for them, since I rarely want to keep them. Basically, anything I don't want to keep and refer back to will be perfect on the Kindle.
Loving it.
