Puzzling British Signs, a continuing series

Spotted on the undercliff walk en route to Rottingdean(yes, we are back in Brighton).


I have no idea what it meant.

    It's hard to even imagine what "Plant movement" refers to. Venus Fly Traps? Mimosa?

    I believe that plant refers to construction equipment.

    In this photo, the sign seems to make more sense.
